A--Nose to Eye  If you are not comfortable with eye balling out the nose to eye measurement as shown, you can use calipers from the corner of the eye to the center of the nose to get your measurement, but an 1/8 " difference one way or the other isn't going to make any difference.
C--Behind the ears, in some parts of the country this is called "at the cinch".
